Submit a Work Order

The Maintenance Department uses an online work order system. Each facility has designated personnel to submit online work orders. Each authorized user will be able to submit new work orders and check on the status of a work order previously submitted.

Work orders can also be requested by email, phone call or written request.  All requests need to be a descriptive as possible: the exact location, description of work needed and name of person contact.

In case of emergency, please contact the Maintenance Department immediately for quick response. After 4:00 p.m. please contact on call for emergency's at 361-649-2300.

Maintenance funding is allocated for maintenance and repair only. Department and/or campus funding is required for anything other than repairs. For example: if a campus would like a book shelf built for an office area, the campus would provide the funding to build the book shelf.
