In April 2021 it was announced that Victoria ISD was one of six Texas public school districts chosen to partner with The Holdsworth Center, a strategic partnership with a total investment work $6 million for five years.

Victoria ISD will work together to ensure every school is cared for by an excellent principal with a goal of building a strong team and spotting and growing outstanding leaders from the classroom to the superintendents office.
