A brief evacuation took place at Chandler Elem. today. As a precaution, students and staff were evacuated from the building. We immediately contacted the Victoria Fire Department, who inspected our campus.
There were no issues found that exceeded the capabilities of our maintenance department to resolve, and students and staff have safely re-entered the building, and school activities have resumed as normal.
